We concentrate on making the best possible products using top quality seasonal fruit, herbs and spices. We only make small batches and everything we do is by hand, including all the chopping, cooking and bottling. We use traditional cooking techniques and methods to produce really tasty jam, fruity chutney and flavoursome jellies.
